At Life Choice Coaching & Training, I believe you have all the resources within yourself to create a future - the way you want it to be!
My coaching sessions will give you the opportunity to talk through and genuinely look at your challenges, ideas, dreams, and hopes. I will support you to find new perspectives, maintain focus, explore opportunities to make changes and create positive steps forward.
Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for people of all ages and circumstances; Life Choice Coaching, explores specific personal difficulties, transitions and goals in a coachee’s life, relationships or profession. I will encourage you to become aware of what is going on right now, discovering what your challenges or obstacles might be, and the tools you already possess to deal with these. I will support you as you choose a course of action to make your life what you want it to be.
I believe that you know the answers to the questions or challenges you may have in your life, even if those answers appear to be concealed or hidden inside. My skills are about knowing the right questions to ask and having the right tools and techniques to empower you to find those answers within yourself.
Before we begin our coaching sessions;
We will firstly have an initial consultation. This is not a coaching session, it's a preliminary chat where we get to know each other a little and decide if we want to work together.
The coaching process;
Coaching sessions can take place in a variety of different ways.
• Face to face (Derbyshire and surrounding area only)
• Via Skype
(email and phone coaching sessions by arrangement)
Sessions generally run for an hour and a half and for a minimum of three sessions.
I believe you are the expert in your life, the one who truly knows who you are and what you need. You are the specialist who can recognize what is the absolute best for you and as your coach; I will help you discover what your own personal "best" might be.
