Hello good people! Just a bit of reminder about next month as there’s a lot going-on which is impacting the opening times of LWB!
Friday 5th – Sunday 7th July: Closed (away in Leicester) Saturday 13th – Thursday 18th July: Closed (away in Berlin)... Friday 25th July – Monday 5th August: Closed (away in Espoo, Finland)
So, in theory, I’ll only be open around 14 days next month and those spaces are filling up fast – so if you are receiving regular treatments, get in quick!
Also, don’t forget that prices are increasing on July 1st, but if you book now, you’ll only pay the old price!

As I'm sure you're all aware, I'll be heading out to Finland with the Team GB Women's Masters Basketball Squad next month - in fact, 6 weeks today the first matches will have taken place - for the 15th FIMBA Maxibasketball World Championships. To say that I'll be pretty damn proud to be representing Great Britain is an understatement, especially as this is the first time Team GB has taken part in this Championship.
OK, lets cut to the nitty-gritty! We have two squads particip...ating: 40+ & 50+. Both teams are currently self-financed as there is no basketball governing body funding available to help support us. This 'GoFundMe' campaign aimed to raise £8,000 - we are know only around £1,000 short. So, if you're feeling generous - we'd be delighted if you could help us on our way! Any donation will be welcome - £, € or $ - it doesn't matter! It will help our two Great Britain teams represent Masters Basketball to the best of their ability.

This is the first increase for over a year and still great value, I'm sure you'll agree!
If you've already a session booked after the 1st July or a booking a date before the increase, your price won't change!

Hello good people! In the last two weeks I’ve had my membership of 3 Professional associations renewed: -
Sports Therapy Organisation (STO). Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).... Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage (ISRM).
The reason why I choose to belong to these associations is that you need to achieve a specific standard of professional training, not only to join, but also to remain as a member. Each year we have to undertake a required amount of training known as ‘Continuing Professional Development’. This ensures that our skills, knowledge and experience are always fresh and up-to-date!
