Simply put this is the best bike shop you're ever going to find.

Great service and advice for all levels of cyclist, good range of cycles for most budgets. All staff are keen hands on cyclists and really know their stuff. If you cycle give them a visit you wont leave disappointed.

Would go so far as to say this is the best bike shop have ever encountered. There are two bike shops that are nearer to home however am happy to go the extra mile to get to Lifecycle because that is what you get from them. These guys are the real deal, highly professional with an outstanding knowledge and skill set when servicing and setting up a bike.
So how do I say thanks? Yes Jaffa cakes are good but the best gesture of thanks would be keep going back and hopefully by reading this review you may get to Lifecycle as well.

Took in my "soon to become a piece of wall art" bike due to an issue with a bottom bracket being jammed and coming out at an angle. Thought it was all over for the frame, but Rob/Lewis sorted it within an hour or so and fitted a replacement bottom bracket. I didn't ask for a fast turnaround but they happily got stuck into the task to help me out, Fantastic service all round thanks very much!

I've just had a few bikes serviced by these guys, two of which were ground up rebuilds. Fantastic service, proper cycling enthusiasts. Highly recommended

Bought several bikes (and many parts) from the Lifecycle guys over the years, so a general review. Always get exceptional advice and quality of workmanship whether buying a top end machine or something on a lower budget - often happy to just chat about cool bike stuff, never a pushy sales environment. More recently, have providing impartial knowledge and guidance to my other half as she gets increasingly obsessed with high end bikes and shiny components, so good to see genuine knowledge and understanding of women's cycling needs...A real master of all trades LBS, if a little tucked out of the way in the middle of Suffolk!

Friendly, honest and hard working staff, all of whom are keen to offer the best advice and assistance possible. Top shop and the best in Suffolk as far as I'm concerned.

Unbelievably helpful guys - fitted front rack and improvised (beneficially!) when needed with stronger nuts and bolts - especially impressive considering the workload they had yesterday! Huge thanks to Matt and Co. High quality stock and range of goods.
