If you're one stone or more overweight, you too could soon be living a lighter, healthier, more active life.
LighterLife is a safe, simple, sustainable weightloss and weight management programme for men and women aged 16 or over, who have a body mass index (BMI) of 25 or above
Initial consultation Times - Total & Lite Programme (by appointment):
Tuesday 1. 30 pm
Saturday 1. 30 pm
Pop-In Times -
for current and previous clients (no appointment necessary):
Tuesday 12 - 1. 30 pm
Tuesday 5 - 6 pm
Saturday 2. 30 - 3. 30 pm
Group times vary but we can offer evening and weekend groups at this time
