I think we may all suffer from this occasionally! Why is it we know we want to lose weight but then get side tracked so easily? Attending your lighter life group each week can be key to helping you stay on track and reaching your goal so if you are not in one of my groups already then give me a ring today to get cracking.
This year we are taking part in Macmillan's coffee morning to raise money and beat cancer. We would love for you to join us for a coffee and a catch up on Thursday the 25th September between 12pm and 1.30pm. Everyone is welcome whether you are currently with us, have been with us before, would like to be with us.... come along and see us!
