Welcome to Lighthouse Therapies. I am based at Breage near Helston & Penzance in Cornwall. I offer 1: 1 and couples counselling, teach reiki - levels 1- Master Teacher level, reiki treatments and run mental health and well being talks /workshops.

I started my Reiki journey in 2005 working through the different levels and qualified as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher in April 2009.

I run Usui Reki 1, 2 and Master level classes and also do Reiki treatments.

Reiki Classes
I am hugely passionate about Reiki and know it is important when entering into Reiki you find the teacher and class which which is right for you.

I offer friendly, relaxed 1: 1 and small group classes which I run from my home in Wickwar. Alternatively I can arrange to run from your home or a convenient venue.

Classes are flexible to suit your needs, generally they are ran over 2 days or once a week for several weeks.

I teach Usui Reiki which is the orignal method taught from Japan.

Reiki Treatments
1 hour treatments. The treatment is carried out fully clothed and can be carried out lying down on a massage couch or seated.
