When i'm buying on ebay the uk sellers send me the items using your box. They are nice and i love the logo, a blank paper that smile at me :D :D. The only cons is that you don't exist in my country! =(

Excellent customer service - they had noticed my order went awry and resolved it before I had even noticed anything had gone wrong! Direct communication from the MD himself and I'm a tiny customer. Amazing attention to detail :-)

Any time i looked online for record mailers for vinyl albums the free post was only available in the UK but Lil packaging give free post to Europe once you spend over €50. Very fast postal delivery via UPS to Ireland, also thank you for online help with the order.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced after receiving my goods late and then faulty. Slow in resolving the issue and the goods still pending collection and a refund pending also. Would not recommend these in the slightest.
