Lilac Lodge Cattery - 5 Star Rated

The new Animal Activity Licensing regulations provide a generic licence for commercial pet businesses including catteries. There is a standardised criteria on various activities providing a framework of minimum standards which catteries must meet in order to gain a licence.
A star-rating system has been introduced and local authorities determine a cattery's star rating based on welfare standards found during an inspection and on whether that cattery is deemed low or high risk. Catteries deemed low risk and meeting higher welfare standards access the highest star ratings.
We are proud to have achieved the highest standard with low risk and have been granted a five star rating.

Our last post of the year and it's a happy new year from our guests (who are all sober!)😸

As 2018 comes to an end we would like to thank all those who have followed our journey and watched our cattery grow and develop into a working business.
We are humbled by the interest that has been shown by all those who have liked, shared, followed, commented and reviewed our progress.
For all those who have called in just to see how things are going. A special thank you to those who have taken that leap of faith to trust us to look after their precious cats.
... Thank you to all the tradesmen who without their skills our dream would not have been a reality. We cannot thank you enough.
Finally a huge thank you to Mike and Daniel Brown our project managers, organisers and reality checkers, for without them this dream would never become a reality.

Well what can I say about this place. It's amazing, first time me using lilac lodge and I will definitely will use there service again. Sally you are amazing and so lovely and the text you sent on behalf of neria was beautiful made my day. I will be telling everyone I know to come to you. Thank you so much for looking after neria she was so relaxed and chilled when she came home it was a holiday for her too. Xxx

It was the first time i left Badger so was worried how he would be, but he couldnt have been better looked after. The cattery is lovely and the views are amazing. Badger was spoilt with love and cuddles and i was updated on how he was doing throughout my holiday. Will definatley use Lilac Lodge again. Lovely place run by lovely people x
