This Friday at 3.30 pm i will be talking to Frances Wright, about lillyfee woodcarving and design studio on Wycombe radio, tune in, it could be interesting! we have three projects in New York, one in Sardinia, and some royal palaces may crop up in the conversation. we are looking for a couple of talented makers if you know of any?

Some of you may or may not have met my incredibly talented daughter, Chloe Mantripp.
She is currently at Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2017 debuting her one woman stand-up comedy and circus performance show.
She has written, directed and produced it all herself. Really quite an undertaking!... Chloe has started to get some fantastic reviews but I would love if you could share this with any friends and family visiting the Fringe. Or better yet why not jump on a plane and go up yourself to this spectacular city.. That's what I'm doing. Sue and I will be going this week. We can't wait to see it!
The show is on at 9:45pm at C Venue 58 near Lutton Place.
I think Chloe only has a couple of Tuesdays off and the show is on for the duration of the fringe, throughout August. But it is all listed in the Edinburgh fringe Festival program.
A real treat, make sure you don't miss out. I know Chloe is on the path to stardom... even if it is via the M6 diversion...

Children don't you just love them!

On St Georges day we unveiled the Red Lion: Colin has had the prestigious job of restoring the iconic Red Lion that stands on the portico above High Wycombe High Street. After several months in the lillyfee studio, it is back in position looking proudly out over the town, and looking magnificent. We thought we would share some photos of the day with you curtesy of the Bucks Free Press.

I am biased because I adore Colin's work which is craftsmanship of such superior quality that William Morris himself would be filled with delight and admiration.
