Is a huge store that can at sometimes be chaotic and so buzy that it is not worth the hassle to persevere.
However for its.locations the prices are.quite reasonable.
The staff is friendly but you need to make the first mouse as they don't come to ask you if f you need any help.

Staff are rude and act like they're royalty because they work in Piccadilly; it's just a Sports Direct! There is a no-refund policy.. so if it's not quite the right thing you're looking for there's no way to get your money back. Good for cheap items like £2 but better to spend your cash elsewhere if you're buying a high value product - just for the peace of mind that you won't be stuck with it or out of pocket. Can't recommend.

Decent selection - good prices for touristy Piccadilly.

If you want help finding the perfect pair of shoes foe you this is not the place to be. In this cosy, little, 5 floor monstrosity of a store you get the chance to be overlooked by the all of the employs, all at once. If I my two worn out shoes had not begged for mercy and a clean death I would have walked out! Please do yourself a favour and walk in with a fully charged phone ready to Google search your way to some great cheep shoes, because let's be honest, their prices are the best!

Huge, chaotic store. Avoid on weekends. You can bag yourself a spectacular deal if you've got the patience to trawl through the disorganised goods. Staff, not always knowledgeable or friendly (especially on the Running Specialist Floor)..

Zero stars if I could. Would not accept an Australian tour groups VISA travel cards because they did not have their names embossed. Their signatures were on the back and they all knew pin #s. Don't answer the phone, over 50 calls to enquire why all ring out, during business hours. Told this would be a highlight of the tour, products maybe, service nowhere near.

The quality of customer service is horrendous here as you can be ignored for a long time. The shopping experience feels claustrophobic. Won't return again even if price is a bargain.

Hadn't realised until I got there that this place is owned by the Sports Direct organisation - need I say more? Plenty of media coverage (and also personally worked on a TV documentary) that has exposed poor third world 'sweat shop' conditions where clothing is made, shocking treatment of staff in UK and questionable claims of savings on goods that were never in fact at a higher price.

It is just another Sports Direct under a different name. Most of the stuff they sell is brands that they have taken over and are selling cheap china poor quality cloths under old brand names. There is very little that they sell that they don't own. It is weird seeing Adidas and Nike next to their own non brands as if they are comparable.
