Last April I travelled to Nanjing, #China to work on an afternoon tea concept for a restaurant called Frenzy Fountain.
The spread included #chocolate oyster shells filled with #passionfruit #ganache, #flower jellies, #matcha and dragon fruit seashell #cakes.

Coming soon! Branston x Lily Vanilli 2019 - following the success of last year's cheese and pickle mince pies they are BACK by popular demand as of this Sunday in the bakery on Columbia Road. We have also added some brand new dishes to the collection - read all about it. I'll be posting the recipes soon too if you want to make your own at home.

Lily Vanilli made my fiancé's 30th Birthday cake - it was the best looking cake I have ever seen and everyone said it was the best cake they'd ever tasted! So impressed, great customer service and good value for money.

Great and friendly place with lovely staff and even better cakes! The veggie sausage rolls are the best things ever!

Every time I go, the Lily Vanilli team not only serve me up THE most delicious cakes, but no matter how busy they are are always super helpful, friendly and efficient. If you’re ever in the area on a Sunday - which you should be for the flower market FYI! - make sure you visit!

…it's a quiet and lovely spot far away from the noisy Columbia Flower Market. I had a carrot and beetroot roll…and a rosemary and olive oil cake! they were both delicious and so tasty! however, I was a little bit disappointed by the guys behind the counter, they didn't look very organised and professional...

Gorgeous cakes but very busy and very few cakes left when we arrived about 2.30pm on Sunday.

Very disappointed with my daughters 21st birthday cake (which she spent a lot of time choosing and was really excited about), very poor decoration of inedible dried rose petals and strange ugly sugar crystal "thing" ?? The promise or flowers and raspberry flavouring with Victoria sponge sounded lovely and this bakery was chosen from others by the pictures, but what my daughter was presented with had very little thought or care, I.e.no jam, a scraping of buttercream ,no pretty flowers and icing that I could easily have done myself in a matter of minutes! £60 ! What a waste of money, will not be back!

So terrible experience. I have several conversations with them about my requiement of the cake. Finally，I receive a One tier cake without any informed. My order is Two tiers. Here is the funny part.They know they made a mistake and did not inform me about this. Fortunately，I check the cake when I leave. Otherwise， I will be angry alone when I back home. Could you show any respect to your customers？We are not fool. We just want the cake we ordered. Is this proposal so difficult for you？Till now，I did not received the full refund you promise. Okay，be like this. Be dishonest to all of your customers. I wish you all the best

Order two t-shirts from the Laura Callagan collect from this company on the 10th Dec, since reviving an order confirmation email I have had no other communication. My purchases have no arrived and they have not responded to numerous emails and attempts to contact via social media.

O stars unfortunately! was recommended to come to your cake shop !!! Queued up for my lovely earl tea cake and coffee and was asked my name but I thought girl said initial she abruptly said is that your name I said my initial !!! She was unfriendly bashing paper cup on the side when I asked what her problem was she very angrily told me I was being rude 🤪😂🤪I was gobsmacked shocked even I wanted to walk out but my friend who had no idea as to what was going on had already been served !!! Another server came over and helped and it was fine but will not recommend !! I was with a large group of ladies and another who is eighty years old told us that she had had a bad experience too !!! They had also been recommended we where in there at different times !!! I understand it was very busy but I feel she took her Buisness out on me !!
