Our last walk of the year takes place in Richmond Park with the Limelight Essence Crystal ray. As winter approaches please wrap up warm . A walk through the ancient Oaks and flora of the park is always so beautiful. A charge of £10 and we will eat at the afternoons close in a local hostelry .Let us know if you plan on joining us.

Another lovely walk in Nature. This one covers the Wandle river in Morden Hall Park also Cannazaro Park and Wimbledon Common well . Meet in car Park at Morden Hall at 12 oclock . Rosemary will pick up from Worcester park station at 11.30 if people are traveling from London. there is a charge of £10 for the walk and we will have a meal at the Wimbledon Windmill Cafe. please let us know if you wish to join us.

A Live Oak Florida the tree is so like our Oak in that it attracts so much bird life in Autumn as they collect the acorns. Squirrels are running up and down storing them too.The Limelight Essence of Oak is for balancing all our aspects and needs. LOVE LOVE LOVE

This day is one part of a twelve part sequence of the Limelight Essences training certificate.It stands alone and the other 11 parts can be taken throughout the year to suit both students and teacher. Rosemary sings to call in Spirit and leads you into a guided meditation . Each of the essences has ...a story to tell we discuss the practical uses of the essences themselves. All will be brought to you in a fun and easy to understand way.
