I am so proud to know and love this lady!! She is wonderful in every way. I met her when I was teaching Yoga stateside рҹҮәрҹҮё when I was visiting home one summer. Immediately I felt an affinity connection of genuine warmth and inspiration from her. As her chapter as a firefighter closes she reached out to me to relay the impact our meeting meant. Today she begins her 200 hour RYT yoga teacher training with an equally inspirational woman, Melissa.
This post is so relevant as rece...ntly I have decided to вҖҳPay it forwardвҖҷ by teaching local businesses in Herefordshire, UK рҹҮ¬рҹҮ§ a *FREE* community class. IвҖҷm starting with first responders, firefighters and then police.
