Linda Gartland Homeopathy

I have been successfully practising homeopathy for many years in London and Yorkshire. I am currently based at Craven Clinic, an alternative therapy centre in Skipton, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.

With homeopathy the medicine is chosen on the basis of the symptoms expressed by the person and not on the disease label given to those symptoms. It uses the smallest dose of the indicated therapeutic substance, prescribed in such a way as to affect a deep and lasting cure wherever possible.

Homeopathy is safe to use at any age. Being free from side effects and with no danger of overdose it is a popular choice in pregnancy, and for babies and children. In adults and children it is equally effective in acute and long term or chronic illness.

In the past, many of the most famous homeopaths originally trained as medical doctors. However, at the moment there tends to be gulf between conventional medicine ('allopathy') and homeopathy. Despite this, among the many professions I have successfully treated are doctors, nurses, and midwives who were prepared to put aside prejudice and judge on results.
