I was looking for someone to help me with video and Paul Robinson of Papa Romeo Productions was looking for a skill swap on a FB group I'm part of. My top tips for a stress free Xmas! 1 Dont buy anything you dont need or want 2 make your xmas tree decs or get the kids to do it 3 only send xmas cards to those who send you one 4 dont say yes to doing everything... 5 Make time for you 6 Enjoy spending time with your family and friends. 7 dont get into debt for 1 day, it's not worth it 8 Breathe 9 you dont have to take the kids to every xmas experience going. Seeing Santa once is enough 10 Dont let other people opinions or judgements get to you. If you want to stay in your PJs all day then do it!

My salt lamp has had a positive impact on my chest. As an asthma sufferer I am prone to chest infections and breathing difficulties. My salt lamp has made a difference to me in the short time I have had it. Not only that but it looks amazing and is a real talking point. I will be ordering another for my bedroom!

My first salt lamp and won't be my last! I've had it for around two weeks now and love switching it on in the evening to read. It's such a warm, comforting light. I suffer from insomnia so it's really helped soothe me and my sleeping routine has improved. It's beautiful to look at but I've also got in the habit of popping it on to my writing desk and resting my hands against the warmth every now and then as I write. I got the salts too which I'm looking forward to using after a busy week! Thanks NRG Healing x

Last Monday, I did my level 1 Reiki with Lindsay from NRG Healing. The day was incredibly nurturing, spacious and informative. Lindsay is very warm, generous and clear in her teaching and sharing. It was lovely to practise on an other participant while be guided by Lindsay who holds the space beautifully. I feel I was given a solid foundation and the appropriate guidance to continue the work on my own and on friends. Many thanks

I've been visiting Lindsay for a year now and receiving reiki to help relax and heal after a tough time. It's something I've never tried before but began going twice a month and found the whole process so relaxing and felt myself healing each time I went. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and it really does work to help rebalance and heal even when you thought you never could.

I tried reiki for the first time with Lindsay and absolutely loved the treatment. It was deeply relaxing and energising at the same time. I can't say I understand how it works, but I definitely like how it feels! As a busy working parent with very little time to relax, it's a godsend! Thanks Lindsay xx

I persuaded my husband to buy me the Reiki level 1 day course as a voucher for my Christmas present and it was great. Lindsay made me feel welcome and has a lovely way of explaining what is a pretty tricky concept to grasp. I felt able to ask whatever i wanted and I'm sure her ongoing support will be just as practical and fab!

I had Reiki a couple of days ago. Was very welcomed, felt comfortable and the treatment was amazing. I feel like a lot was lifted from me and I feel like I can’t stop smiling. I am certainly booking in for more treatments. Thank you so much xxx

I must say, my mum's also very pleased with the gorgeous, delicate necklace of her birth stone, on sterling silver chain. All really well packaged & very reasonably priced.
