About Lindsey Lodge Hospice
We care for people with life-limiting illnesses in North Lincolnshire for free.
We make every last moment special for patients and their families.
Lindsey Lodge Hospice Description
Over the years we have grown and developed in offering a wide range of specialised care for over 150 local people every week with life-limiting illnesses.
Without the support of people like you and 500 volunteers, we wouldn’t be able to offer our professional and caring services.
Our in-patient unit provides 24 hour palliative care as well as emotional support. The hub of the hospice is our day care centre which provides symptom management and a place to socialise in homely surroundings and enjoy therapeutic craft activities.
We believe in making our patients feel “as special as possible” which is why we have a hairdressing salon on site, therapies and our lymphoedema clinic that helps make them feel more relaxed and comfortable.
We hope you can support us.

This place is simply amazing. The loveliest staff and the most compassionate care you could wish for in horrendous circumstances xx
They do a marlevous Cheese Omelette in such a peaceful tranquil facility full of love and care.
The staff there are so friendly and they make you feel at ease
Our family couldn’t thank Lindsay Lodge enough our brave dad passed away two weeks ago after a short illness from the minute our dad arrived to the moment he passed they showed love , support to all of us we will be forever grateful ❤️
Not only did the hospice do an absolutely amazing job in caring for my late mother, day to day they just restore your faith in humanity. From the moment I was getting married, I just knew I wanted it to involve fundraising for them. The hospice staff have been amazing in collaborating with me to create bespoke favours for our day ensuring the traditional was much more meaningful, personal but also charity based. I wish I could give everything I ever had and it still wouldn’t be enough. It is so important to support our local services and commend hard work. We absolutely loved our favours and the opportunity to have it become possible. Thank you so so much
My husband visits here on a Tuesday in daycare and has nothing but the highest of praise for the staff, facilities and amazing food on offer. You’re all an amazing team going above and beyond your call of duty. Thank you on behalf of myself and my husband.
My grandma died here on 11th February 2015. All of the staff, volunteers where wonderful with my grandma and with us the family. My grandma was in hospital to start with and was in constant pain. When she came to the hospice she said she was in heaven. Can not thank all the staff enough, especially her named nurse Jackie who was wonderful xx
Lindsey lodge hospice staff were truly incredible looking after my Nanna who was only with them for just 5 days and died last Tuesday. From the volunteers, to the healthcare assistants, nurses and doctors they were truly remarkable. My upmost thank you to you all.
I couldn't of asked for anywhere better for my mum they looked after her till she passed and they are still here for the family xxxxx THANK YOU
