Hello, Please let me introduce myself, my name is Eric Linley, Master butcher for over 40 years.

Affectionately known to my friends as ‘Eric the Murderer’ due to the 20 years spent as a slaughter man at Leeds abattoir in the 70’s.

33 years ago I bought the Rythre Arms and turned it into the famous steakhouse it is today, still in the family and run by my eldest son Tony.

For the last 15 years I have been serving Hog Roast to thousands of happy customers, you will see me on regular Sundays with my Hog Roast stall on Briggate in Leeds. I also cater for private parties, weddings, christenings, corporate events etc.
