Linx Christian Youth Trust

LiNX Christian Youth Trust was established by Christians in 1997 to serve young people in Torbay. LiNX provides a free resource to secondary schools by employing Christian Schools Workers who teach lessons, speak in assemblies, run lunch clubs, support Christian Unions and enable young people to reach their full potential by supporting their social, emotional and spiritual development. LiNX workers also run youth work programmes outside school: Elevate events enable young people to have fun, make friends, connect to the local church, and explore the relevance of Christianity to their lives. Oddfish events enable Christian young people to connect to God through worship, Bible teaching and prayer, to develop their own faith, whilst having fun with friends. LiNX Christian Youth Trust is governed by a board of trustees and is financed by individuals, churches and grants.
