We then rent out the rooms to working professionals on 6-month contracts. This is a unique and innovative service to Landlords, offering a hands off, hassle free approach to your property, with guaranteed market rent each month and no fees or commission at all! Instead, We make our money on the differential between the rent we pay you and rent we collect from residents. We charge our residents a slight premium for providing high-spec rooms that are inclusive of utility bills and have weekly cleaners.

For Tenants:

We specialise in providing high quality rental accommodation to modern young professionals in West and South-West London. Lionbridge Homes was created when we realised that there was a lack of quality accommodation for this specific type of tenant, who expects more from a property in terms of quality and service than was currently being offered in the house-sharing market in this area. Our relocation team partners with landlords and letting agents to provide quality and secure accommodation across West and South-West London.
