Liondell provide a managed service for Plastic injection mould tools and pre-production parts. With a 'hands on'​ approach to consultancy work using the latest technology and software, Liondell can help with component design, DFM reports, Flow analysis, tool design and costing. Regarding tool manufacture, Liondell has several trusted suppliers in P. R. China. with capability to produce many tools simultaneously. Any type or size of tool can be handled by one or our approved suppliers. Our prices are very competitive as RFQ's will always go out to a cross section of our suppliers to ensure that reasonable tooling prices are maintained consistently. All tooling is guaranteed for a minimum 'shot life'​ and supported in the UK by various toolmakers in strategic locations. All imported tooling will be fully checked before leaving China and occasionally pre-delivery to our clients in the UK. Face-to-face UK support can be provided throughout the project. Our regular or planned visits to China ensure that tooling is monitored during the build and trial stages. Weekly timing plans and photo progress reports are submitted until initial trials and then for every subsequent trial until approval. (usually 2 - 3 trials)Where a larger quantity of pre-production samples are required, we can ensure through regular visits, videos and photos that the parts are acceptable prior to despatch. We strive to save our clients time and money. We add value, not cost by: 1. Selecting good, reliable suppliers that give a 'value for money'​ product. 2. Taking away 90% of the clients project management time, including travel with the inevitable loss of productivity in their UK facilities. 3.
