I was beginning to stress out on this lockdown dug out my old bag made some hand wraps and off I went adapting to what I had available, I am knackered but feel so much better been able to let my hands go 3x3 skip 3x3 shadow 3x3 bag short shoulder circuit and short abb circuit and cool down this will definitely give me focus whilst locked down if I can do it Team Lionheart so can you!! #adaptindipendanceresilliancerobustness #lionheartboxing #thejoyrney

I have had a former volunteer of the if my gym slagging me off all over facebook blaming me for putting youngest son at as risk by keeping my gym open (which it is not) and his son is not even a member neither this guy or his oldest son have been to the gym for months
I WANT TO SAY QUITE CLEARLY THAT FOLLOWING GOVERMENT GUIDLINES WHICH TOLD US TO CLOSE GYMS AS SOON AS WE COULD FROM FRIDAY LAST WE AT LIONHEART BA CLOSED STRAIGHT AWAY AFTER A DEEP CLEAN A NOTICE WAS PUT ...OUT ON FACEBOOK SATURDAY WHICH WAS THE SADEST DECISION I HAD TO MAKE
This person is now slating me an my gym I fail to see what I have done wrong I have followed and have been following GOVERMENT guidlines

I am so sorry Team ðŸ˜ðŸ˜we are forced to close temporary of course due to governments guidlines an the Coronavirus. I will still be doing outdoor session for small groups and 1to1 session for the cost of your subs until tha is taken away too. This decision breaks my heart truly. In the meantime remember this:

The gym will remain open as usual, everyone please apply some common sense.

I was the official Ring Announcer at Legends Lounge Craven Park at the Toomy Coyle BA show What a fantastic night of Boxing Well done guys. I also had on of my boxers competing I want to say a massive well done to Oliwer Mocarski who was pressure hard in the 1st round taking him by surprise but coming back after the 1st round he listened to exactly what I asked of him and responded well taking the fight back to his opponent putting him on the back foot give a very good performance doing himself and Lionheart Boxing Academy very proud not many would of got off the stool the decision was lost on a very close split decision but for me that irrelevant his performance was what counted, proud coach
