Listers Boston Mini

I found Listers Boston via Carwow & received fantastic customer service from the whole team, plus they did me a great deal on my brand new Mini Countryman Hybrid. Would recommend this dealership & plan to go back (in a good few years) for my next car. Big thanks to Stone Burton & Ryan Goymer.

Stone joined us on the forecourt as we were browsing. At this point I had not considered a Mini. I asked Stone to suggest the right car in the range for me. At no point was I given the hard sell! Having sat in 2 or 3 I had made my decision! I chose the cooper as it had a very low mileage. Stone then took me for a test drive. I loved it! An hour later all papers signed, deposit paid and arranged collection. All seamless. Stone was excellent! Will be recommending Listers Mini.Also had the same excellent service at Listers Mercedes when we purchased through Adam. Listers clearly train their staff to a very high standard. Well done to all! My Countryman was in for its pre winter check. Reception was excellent, coffee provided then booked in spot on time. Work carried out and car ready, cleaned inside & out, at time expected. At collection very good hand over and on arrival back home full report and video of the inspection was available via email. First class service from all staff at Boston Mini making for a very professional and satisfying experience. Well done all concerned.

Had my Mini serviced here at the end of June. They left the oil filler cap off! Surprisingly it didn’t spray oil everywhere, but I eventually noticed smoke from the filler hole. They gave me a new cap and technician from Lister’s advised an oil and filter change. Management refused – offered an oil top up, and suggested the cap couldn't have been off for that long. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Recently had my wife's mini serviced at Listers, car was picked up early as requested and back the same day as promised. Was kept informed all the way through. There was another issue with car when service was carried out and I was dealt with in a very courteous and prompt fashion and had the car re-booked in at end of same week with offer of courtesy car and time limit of how long this would take. All the aforementioned was made possible by dealing with one specific person at Listers service desk, and her name is Faith. I name this individual because she is genuinely dedicated to getting the job done right and rightly deserves the recognition for her hard work and friendly service. Very happy with sales and service experience with Listers Mini, Boston, especially the attentiveness of a Stone and the team. From my initial enquiry to taking delivery of my JCW Hatch I received nothing but 5* service from Listers Boston MINI - I use the vehicle for driving tuition and nearly 10,000 miles later I am hugely pleased to say that I could not be happier!! Bit embarrassing really, I had to park at Taylors Ford next door just to collect a part!
