Little Buds Childminding

I am a 58 year old registered childminder, living in Grimsby. I have been childminding for 14 years and care for children from age 6 month's

I offer a wide range of activities for children of all ages, including a range of age appropriate toys and books, puzzles and board games, arts and craft equipment for drawing and messy play.

I also encourage children to enjoy outdoor play, and have safe equipment for playing outside, and I also like to take the children out for walks every day so that they can become more familiar with their surroundings and I often coincide this with toddler groups and school pick ups /drop offs.

I have experience in caring for children of all ages and have looked after children with autism, Asperger's, asthma, severe food allergies /intolerances, eczema and emotional issues.

I am also a qualified chef and love cooking meals with the children, encouraging them to experience different tastes and textures and learning about safety in the kitchen. Healthy eating is important to me and the diet that I offer the children includes fresh fruit, vegetables, healthy snacks and meals.

I love caring for all ages from babies to teenagers and enjoy being a part of children's developmental stages. My two sons are adults now and my life is devoted to childminding, I have no ties or restrictions which helps maintain flexibility within my work.
