Join us for a wonderful 5 week course where you will learn how to relax your little ones as well as help them with colic, constipation, trapped wind and sleep We run small and friendly classes and make time for parents to get to know each other with tea and refreshments. (The classes will not be on on the bank holidays)

We are excited to announce that Sally Barnett a Hampshire based sleep consultant,is offering a free sleep seminar with any bookings on this baby massage course.(starting 18th of March) Sally will provide sleep tips, answer questions on your baby’s sleep needs and help you to get your baby into good independent sleep habits, from the start. Sally was personally trained by Karen Bramall, founder of Baby Sleep the Night, whose... gentle techniques have been used by thousands of families over the last ten years to help their children sleep through the night. Sally will explain the science of sleep, your baby’s sleep needs and will provide a number of tips to ensure your baby can learn to fall asleep independently and stay asleep all night. Little Lambs Baby Massage will soon be celebrating 7 years of running baby massage classes in Southampton! It has been wonderful to see so many babies grow and to watch the bond between parent and baby. Our classes have developed over the years to include more moves and songs that you and baby will enjoy!
