We have been coming to this site for years but this is the first time in school holidays .

Well it was no different yes there were more children about . But It didn't change the clean , friendly site .

Sian , nick and Linda were as usual helpful and welcoming .

The site has amazing views and you actually fight over who wants to wash up !! Made even more special this year with the site of dolphins

This site brings the sea to your tent as each pitch looks out the sea . There is lots of lovely walks from the site .

There is so much to do in the area ilfacombe is the closest biggest town that takes you back in time to what seaside towns used to be with a lovely big harbour and lots of shops and places to eat .

Our family’s most favourite camp site, EVER. Amazing sea views, lovely staff, clean loos, incredible fuschia hedging. Thanks for a great stay, your site made us very happy!

User

Only stayed one night but it was a wonderful place to stay! Clean well laid out and friendly! Will definitely stay longer for our next visit!

Lovely peaceful campsite with stunning views and clean facilities. The washing up area has the best outlook of any campsite I have been to. Also good for our daughters to run around and make friends. Stayed for a week. The single washing machine is in great demand and no tumble dryer.

User

Lovely campsite, well run with designated pitches that give you plenty of space. Lovely quiet beaches nearby. highly recommended.

User

I loved the campsite. The view is just stunning, the facilities OK, the pitches nicely big and designated. AND wonderful lovely people leading the campsite. The shop is small but you can get besides eggs and stuff delicious ice cream :-)

User

Great location, stunning (and I mean stunning) views. The camp site is terraced a bit like a cinema so everyone has a view. Small little shop and clean loos. Takes about an hour to walk to ilfracombe or 10min to the sawmill pub .

Friendly check in and ya, I’d come back

Been coming here since a was a kid and now back with my kids!

User

Beautiful quiet and clean campsite with glorious views. Being on crutches we were given an appropriate spot with easy access to toilet block. We had a completely hassle free week stay, and met some lovely neighbours on the way. Big thank you, we are definitely coming back.

5th year here and we still love the camp site, the people and the amazing veiws

Love this little camp site. Been 3 times this year for weekend stays.

I was a little annoyed to have to pay individual £5 per night for children over 3. Pitch rates are for 2 adults anything extra you pay for.

Good point no paying for awning.

£2.50 for dogs high season which is good. Mind you I am unsure why any campsite charge for dogs as they don't use any of the amenities?

The cove seems to have its own climate as it's very misty/fine rain and has been all 3 weekends we have been there.

All in all a perfect lillle hide away.
