Hello all I have a few things I would like to state from when a cake is being picked up from now on 🙂
1. If you have ordered a cake off of little sprinkles cakes and are going to collect it, once it steps out my door it it no longer in my hands of what happens to it next, as have had a few hiccups with this situation.
... 2. If you order a cake from little sprinkles please be prepared to pay a £10 minimum deposit that is NON REFUNDABLE for a secure place for your cake. NO DEPOSIT NO CAKE.
3. REFUNDS|: If you purchase a cake off of me and it is taken away, if there is a problem with the cake I will only allow refunds if the cake has been returned to me first. This is because I wouldn’t know if someone has had the cakes and trying to get there money back. Refund is only acceptable once the cake has been returned back to me in the same condition it has left my door.
