Little Tinkers - Sensory & Messy Play

Our event at the Social Club in Mulbarton next Sunday is now open to 6 months- 6 years rather than 1 year-6 years, we are able to lower the age as we have full use of the main room in the village hall which gives us more space to add more activities 😁👍 the main room of the village hall leads onto the bar area of the social club and out into the play park area so plenty of space for lots and lots of fun inside and out! Just £1 per child, please see the description in the event for all details ☺️

We still have a few spaces left for tomorrow’s Tiny Tinkers if anyone would like to join us for some messy and sensory fun ☺️

We had a super fun morning at Discovery Play today and it was lovely to see so many of you again ☺️
The children created muffin pizzas, played in the dinosaur grass and moss texture tray, enjoyed playing with trains and the magnets in the rice tray, had lots of fun outside in the waterplay and had fun covering the superhero’s in slime and seeing how far they could stretch it!

This morning we had a lovely time hosting a party for Emma the childminder and all the children that she looks after! Every year Emma does a party for the children and this year she asked us ☺️
The children made some amazing cloud doh ice creams, got messy in the meadow flower gloop, poured the thousands of blue water beads down the guttering into the sealife water tray, helped free some frozen dinosaurs, played with the salt sand plus created Father’s Day cards and some lovely sand castle pictures! We finished the party with some fun parachute games ☺️
Big thank you to Emma for asking us to host the party, we hope you and all the children enjoyed themselves ☀️

We had lots of animal fun on Thursday at Little Tinkers Messy Play exploring the zoo! The children played in the reptile green gloop, washed the animals clean in the water tray, made paper chain snakes and played in black and white zebra rice! Thank you all for coming ☺️

For anyone who may be looking for a childminder over the summer Emma Appleby comes highly recommended, she regularly brings the children she looks after to Tinkers sessions and also has a Monday slot available too!

At next weeks Discovery Play we will be making mini pizzas! Those of you with children that suffer with allergies please be assured all the pizza toppings will be in the kitchen area for the children to come in one at a time and add to their pizza where the pizzas will then be stored until it’s time to go home. No cheese or dairy products will be in the main hall and one of us will be in the kitchen at all times to ensure this ☺️

We had lots of fun yesterday at Little Tinkers Discovery Play creating real Mr Potato Heads which all looked fantastic! There was lots of mixing in the potions tray, lots of wonderful Father’s Day cards created and lots of panning for gold and gems in the water tray. Thank you all for coming! Next week your little ones can create their own mini muffin pizza to take home and bake! We’ve just added the event ☺️

We have a few spaces left for Discovery Play tomorrow morning, forecast is rain which means we won’t have outside open unless it changes overnight but we will have plenty of fun activities inside including water play 😁

We had a lovely session at Tiny Tinkers this morning exploring ‘On The Farm’ 🐮🐷🐥 The babies and toddlers had lots of fun playing in the water with the new bubble machine, digging in the chocolate cloud doh, scooping and eating the frozen veggies, playing in the hay and munching on lots of crunchy cereal! Thank you all for coming ☺️
