Hello, my name is Carly and I am based in Ipswich, Suffolk. I specialise in baby and child portraits, but am happy to discuss your requirements for anything else.

My sessions aim to capture the beauty and natural expressions of your baby or child. We will try for smiles, but a beautiful image can be achieved with no smile! So don’t worry if your little one isn’t feeling smiley on the day.

I offer a relaxed, home studio environment for photo shoots and only book one a day so you don’t feel rushed. This is especially important when photographing newborns, as they will need time to settle into a nice deep sleep, as well as feeding and changing.

Whether you want posed or natural images, I can offer both and will work with the look you want to achieve. I have a good range of beautiful, handmade props made from the finest fabrics and wools which are perfect for baby’s skin. You are welcome to bring your own as well. I have a range of fine wooden and vintage props to place baby into, guaranteed to get the ‘aww factor’… And sitters aren’t left out either as a lot of my props fit sitters in too.
