I've not once had cause to complain only ever cause to repeat how absolutely lovely these goods are from the crumple to the melts to baby feet, lollies alsorts. I love the smells,colours different shapes etc. I will always buy from little waxy cottage. I know the lady who put all her heart and soul into every single item she make.
