we go to littlesea every year we have a lovely time, we have been going for the last 15 or 16 years would not go any where else , there are so much to do, they look after you very well, thank you to all the staff.

Just returned home from littlesea. It was great, minor set back at the start with a confusion over booking but was quickly resolved. Our accessible caravan was wonderful. I am a quadraplegic which severely affects my mobility so it was so important to be close to amenities, which we were. My little boy loved it at littlesea! Staff throughout the park were so friendly, park was very clean. Funstars were great! Big thank you to Ryan in the Wondershop for being patient with my little boy as he seemed to want to be in the shop every five minutes! Thank you littlesea, we would love to return again one year xxx

Just returned from a lovely four night break and we were so impressed we will be returning. The park was very clean and caravan was spotless. We even got upgraded to a 3 bed prestige caravan with decking which we really appreciated. Location was excellent and all the staff at haven are very friendly and easy to talk to. Food in the mash and barrell was delicious and good prices. Recommended going to lulworth cove scenery is breathtaking!

Just got back from our 3rd time at littlesea. Never has any problems. Caravan always clean. Staff always friendly. Entertainment for the little ones good. The food in the mash and barrel this time was not very good at all for what you pay. Not sure what has happened as food always been pretty good there on our previous visits. Shame it was so muddy and people were struggling to park their cars. Will definitely be returning next year!

Just got back from littlesea it's the first time I have ever been there the caravan was clean and cosy the staff were amazing and very friendly defently going back next year.Thank you to all the staff and the park for a lovely holiday.

Just come back from a lovely 4 night break, paid for an upgrade and got a beautiful caravan with the most amazing views, clean and warm and comfortable. Only problem was it smelt of cigarette smoke on arrival but the accommodation team quickly solved that with a spray of air freshener! Only thing to say is that on arrival on Monday at 3.30 the queue to check in was massive, but Starbucks staff bought along some free samples so that was nice.

It was just amazing! Everyone was so welcoming, we had a great time with the entertainment and the arcade, swimming we even did your top golf! We even adventured around the sea that was next to our campsite! It was quite in the afternoon/nighttime, the caravan was truly perfect! It was so clean and made us feee very a home � the only little bit that worried us about our stay was while in the arcade the fire alarm was going off but no one seemed to know what was going on, a security guy used me and my partner to evacuate outside and 5 minutes later it seemed we were the only one that left the building.. the security guard also failed to tell us we could go back inside (it wa scold and raining) so we weren’t very blessed pleased he forgot about us) truly sad to be leaving but we 1000% will return!

Had an Awesome Weekend. here a little sea staff are Friendly and caravan was great and swimming pool was great and views and the walks are good. and Arcades is awesome will be back for sure .

Had a fabulous week at Littlesea holiday park. Clean caravan, lovely pool with the extra bonus of the outside pool being opened before the official date when we had a particularly sunny day. My daughter had a great time playing on the parks and enjoyed the entertainment. The beautiful Weymouth beach is only a short car drive away, would definitely visit here again!

Clean and tidy site and so was our caravan we stayed in. Polite friendly and helpful staff the customer service was amazing, activities for children are good, food and drink was a little expensive but taste good, would recommend this site to anyone looking to stay in Weymouth.

Great weekend away with my family. Park was great, staff were welcoming and friendly and also helpful towards my disabled father. The park was totally accessible to him there was no where he couldn't go (even the swimming pool!). Only issue we had was that our caravan had ants. Maintenance staff did come in and spray some ant killer but it didn't really work and now they have travelled home with us! �

For some reason although it's a 3 bedroom caravan , with 1 double and 4 single beds there are only 3 sheets. There is the right amount of duvets. The caravan was dusty , had a few cobwebs and underneath the sofa ,in the storage area we found a lid from a fromage frais that expired on the 18th June. Housekeeping services arrived promptly with a few things that we needed . Every one on the staff is friendly and helpful,but one of them is a bit snotty. I do not remember her name. overall , everyone that is staying here is friendly except for one person , she overheard a joky phone conversation between myself and my partner , I had him on loudspeaker as it was noisy, the person in question went crying to reception with a male who I assume is her partner . Sorry for having a sense it humour, bah humbug I was happy with the fact that when I raised the issue regarding the fromage frais lid that I eventually received some compensation in the form of £20 worth of vouchers , the member of staff who finally sorted it out was a bit abrupt and disinterested, when I said that we were happy with the results and that we did not want a reclean due to my daughter being unwell and that would be far too stressful for her ,she responded well it was worth a try. I would not be at all surprised to find out that she's related to the camper and her male companion with the miserable attitude as they're so alike.

My family come on Monday to check in and fount in their caravan was 6 pillows and not 8, they asked someone for 2 extra pillows as we needed them, we did not get the pillows till Saturday after asking again and again for them. Then Wednesday morning a few workers was moving the caravans at around half 7 in the morning and woke the whole family up, my grandad is suffering from dementia and it really got him upset and confused as they wasn’t being very quite will they worked early in the morning. Friday we went down to the mash for breakfast and my sister went up to the bar to order stuff, and she ordered a tea, so wasn’t given a jug for her to have milk in, so the lady at the bar told her to put how much she needed into the cup. When I drunk that one I know I had one more cup left in my tea pot so when the woman come out to give us our saucers and cutlery, I asked her if I could get more milk, she turn round and said yeah you can you have to go up to the bar and get it yourself. So when she went I looked at the cue and it was a long cue to wait in so I left it, when our dinner come out and it was another lady bringing it I asked her the same question and she said yeah I’ll go get you some. Never seen the woman come back!! Then Friday night time I was watching something on the telly and the music from the entertainment got very loud and loud. It was that loud we couldn’t even hear the television, it kept waking me up every hour as it was that loud. It’s the loudest it as been throughout the week.

“I’m not one to complain or use social media but.....Was offered at last minute deal to Upgraded to a ‘Platinum’. Reviewed images on website and was excited to have a little more luxury for a reasonable addition cost.



After the 5 hour drive and 20minute wait to check in, We couldn’t wait to settle in and get some dinner.



We arrived in the static caravan to utter dismay at the fact that it had not been cleaned for our arrival. However, strangely there was fresh linen, clean glass and crockery and the toilets had been cleaned.

The level of detritus found was more than what you would expect from a previous guest. This was a build up of dirty over a long period of time.



The build up dust and dirt along surfaces, carpet, windows and bed heads was unacceptable and can only be described as filthy.



To say we were disappointed is a great statement. The very least you can expect is your accommodation to be cleaned to a reasonable standard.



In addition to the lack of cleanliness in the accommodation, it was also not as advertised on their website and we were not advised at time of booking of any deviation from the description advertised. Eg: kitchen, tired and old furnishings, Bluetooth and 2 outdoor chairs for a 6 berth. The look and feel is not consistent with that which is advertised. We feel that we have been mislead as this accommodation is anything but ‘platinum’.



Given the late hour and the fact that our 3 years old daughter needed to be fed, bathed and settled in bed. Left us no other option than to clean the property ourselves. The only alternative would have been to leave and seek other accommodation, that wouldn’t have posed a health risk imposed by the dirt and filth encountered, including human hair, toenails, food debris, grease and mould spores. That’s just what was visible not including any bacteria which was our biggest concern for our toddler.



As a consequence we spent the next 2.5 hours of our holiday cleaning, disinfecting, bleaching, sweeping every single surface, cupboard, floor, window until we reached an acceptable level of clearness we felt safe and comfortable with.



We could have opted to contact reception and refuse the property, we could of sort alternative accommodation but our confidence in the management to act swiftly had been diminished as during our check in we had witnessed another family with exactly the same complaint having extreme difficulty getting their complaints and concerns taken seriously by management. We had also experienced difficulties in contacting haven earlier in the day, calling numerous times over several hours. All leading to our action to clean the property ourselves, making the best of a bad situation and hopefully resolve our complaints the following day”

My brother, sister in law & niece have arrived at Littlehaven today and this was there experience!!! I hope Haven live up to their reputation and sort this out tomorrow

We came to Littlesea for the second time in 6 years, we have stayed at many Haven sites over the last 15 years, we have only twice had to ask for the caravan to be re cleaned, both times have been here at Littlesea!! The toilets, fridge, surfaces, doors etc were all dirty and the windows were covered in cobwebs! We are staying in the Meadows which is basically a mud bog, the paths that lead up to the caravans don’t even reach the single track road so you are forced to walk in the mud. There is nowhere to park your car which has resulted in cars abandoned and mud everywhere, all 8 of us have ruined shoes/trainers trying to just get in and out of the caravan. You are nowhere near the sea, and the route down to the beach less ‘lagoon’ involves walking through 4” deep mud. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

If anyone is thinking of hiring a pushchair from haven... consider whether you need a clean / safe pushchair first! Hired one for my 6 month old. No good at all. Doesn't recline. No hood. Filthy to the point I wouldn't put a scabby dog in it let alone my whole world. Handles bent. Managed to swap it for a cleaner one after having to ask someone 3 or 4 times before they found a replacement. But still far from ideal for a young baby! Website should state not suitable for children under 12 months

Terrible food. Rude staff. No items available at the carvery not even a carrot. Not informed at point of ordering. Half my big breakfast was missing. Such a shame as came here every year as a kid. Bought my daughter for her first holiday and I'm disgusted

Disappointed I am here now. I booked and last year whilst staying on camp as requested a caravan Prestige to be near the entertainment centre or lagoon. 365 days later we have been shoved up in the top corner of the camp as far away as you can get. I requested as I have notability problems to be told if you downgrade we may be able to help as we have a dog. The dog was on the booking from day one. Sorry after 3 consecutive years of coming we will not be coming back...

Dear Haven Holidays,

It is just over a week until we arrive with you on our only holiday of the year to your littlesea resort in Weymouth which we booked over a year ago.We have 3 young children and grandparents joining us on what will be a nice break where the kids will attend the local chickerrell football festival which the club as attended for nearly 14 years.

THINK AGAIN!!!an email on the 24th April , 3 days ago confirming our holiday then BANG a phone call on the 27th April, 7 days before saying to us that we need to accept a refund and cancelling our holiday for no reason.Bearing in mind you expect us to give you over 56 days notice to do the same.To say I'm disgusted is an understatement and am now having to deal with 3 very upset children who will now go without a holiday this year.

So at this point I have now spoken with numerous managers on the phone and many having quite a poor attitude to my situation and the last phone call I've been told that I should never have been involved with the issues going on at the park and you wanted to update my caravan even though I was already staying in the prestige model.Thats it!No apology nothing!!!I feel with this attitude I'd rather choose not to spend my hard earned money at your park and hope in the future other people do the same.The amount of stress this as caused us with time off work,school leave,pets being at the kennels etc and you couldn't even be bothered to apologise.

Broken so many kids hearts bank holiday weekend and a company like Haven has cancelled because of our postcode 7 days before we travel! Why? I tell u why because and their words we live in the CF46 area! No other reason and the fact they want to make more money on the vans that we all paid discounted prices for latest year when booking out! My van now shows on their site as £688 for 4 nights yet paid £441! Never use a Haven site again!
