Put simply I’m someone that is extremely passionate about fitness and helping others achieve the fitness and lifestyle they have always dreamed of.

Whether thats getting ready for a wedding, holiday or just being able to walk into a room feeling confident, I can help you achieve this.

I’m a qualified level 3 personal trainer offering diet and nutritional advice as well as one to one training sessions, pairs training as well as classes.

I'm passionate about women and young women feeling confident about themselves and not being intimidated in the gym, especially when it comes to weight lifting. I've recently completed workshops in Strength and Conditioning and Olympic Weightlifting so I'm over the moon to be able to offer that knowledge and skills to all my PT clients!
