Suitable from your 6 week check until your baby is crawling. 😊 Postnatal yoga is a great way to gently get back into shape after pregnancy, focusing on posture and core strength. And there will be plenty of bendy interactive fun for your baby too!
This is a baby-led class. Feel free to dip in and out as you change, feed and comfort. The class is an hour long and ends with a cuppa and a chat 😊

Postnatal yoga is a safe, gentle and effective way to get back into shape after pregnancy. There will be lots of movement and yoga for your baby to enjoy too! Bond with your baby as you move and relax together.
