Lived Experience Ocd Therapy

I am a qualified therapist specialising in OCD and anxiety. I have lived with and managed my own OCD for the past 30 years. I have 5 years experience of helping people with OCD through OCD Action's helpline and more recently the OCD Treatment Centre.
