This Thursday, The Head Hunters Blues Band will be taking over Grand Central Food Bizzar for an evening of nothing but killer blues on Thursday 7th of March. Playing classic cuts from the likes of Howlin' Wolf, John Lee Hooker, Lightnin' Hopkins, BB King, Muddy Waters and more, alongside songs reworked from lesser covered delta blues artist from their recently released debut album. The Head Hunters Blues Band have received some high praise, David Fishel said of the band "The... Head Hunters Blues Band are not only the best blues outfit in Liverpool, they're the best in the country, it won't take longer the rest of the country to catch on, catch them at an intimate venue whilst you still can". This is always a great night out - been loads of times and will be going loads again! Highly recommended
First visit here been meaning to go for a while. Good job we booked a table for 6 as there were just a few small tables at the back not reserved. Lovely food as usual. Really good atmosphere, house band were excellent and some good singers got up for the second half.
