Providing individually tailored support packages for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental and physical health needs, across the West Midlands. We can provide support in the family home. Alternatively we can provide support with housing.

Livewell provides individually tailored support packages for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental and physical health needs, across the West Midlands. Our main focus is on supported living, though we will also provide support in the family home.
We assist individuals with finding a home, living with other people with similar needs, and supporting them to maintain their tenancy. We support people to live as independently as they can and allow them to make their own choices.
We are passionate about the quality of support we deliver in order for those we support to achieve as much or as little as they want.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and inspection reports can be found on the CQC website.
