LiveWires is all about being fair and fun, mostly fun.
We try our absolute best to give all types of gamers equal amounts of entertainment. This will be much more obvious as we grow and are able to host more competitions in a wider variety of games.
Livewires Description
LiveWires is a startup business with the intention of helping talented gamers get wider exposure in the E-Sports community in the most casual way possible.
However, there is something for everyone here. LiveWires regularly hosts LAN (Local Area Network) parties where competitions, casual gameplay, food and fun will take place.
The events will take place in and around Somerset, taking advantage of village halls, pubs, party venues and anything else that can be found to ensure LiveWires has many unique places to visit and as many people as possible have the opportunity to join without having to travel too far.
Each venue has different costs to rent. Once I have covered those costs, the competition prizes will scale with the amount of people who come, with no limit.
The goal is to grow E-Sports from the ground up, starting local leagues and competitions, eventually leading to regional and national competitions.
I will not be abandoning those who do not wish to compete. Casual friendly gaming will be as much a part of regular events as the organised competitions.

We want is to start small. Which is why the first competition uses a very well known game: Overwatch.

I was not expecting that. Can't blame Skyrim for being a kickass game!
It makes us very sad to announce that the event on the 23'rd is cancelled.
However, we will not be giving up on this venture at all. From now on I will be looking for teams of six who want to compete against each-other. once we have enough teams and we are confident we can put on an amazing party we will announce a time and date which suits everyone.
The venue will stay the same, the game will stay the same, the refreshments will stay the same and we are not going anywhere. ...

With only weeks until the first LiveWires event, Things are still very much up in the air. I want this venture to succeed very much. we have meticulously planned almost every feature of the event but there are still many tickets that need selling.
I'm currently watching the news, enduring the sports section. The day will come when ESports becomes large enough to get its own regular spot in the news.
Designed these myself, kinda proud.
I love finding free versions of things that other people charge for. Just redesigned the ticket ordering page into something much easier, plus now we don't have to charge a monthly fee!
Just to clarify: You don't have to play Overwatch to join us for our first event. The competition will be on Overwatch, but you can come to play any game you want with your friends. The venue has an 800Mbps connection speed. We encourage you all to come and join us.
On the left is tonic water, and on the right is a tasteless vitamin B tablet dissolved in water. They are both under a UV light which causes the quinine in the tonic water and the Vitamin B to glow in the dark. Still looking for things to make them both taste good. Any suggestions on what to add to these mocktails?
