What can I say ? Lovely clean shop, well kept stock, friendly knowledgable staff. Been reefing for 5+ years, always used them, just bought my new tank from them, they sourced everything for me and even did the difficult bits for me. I'd not hesitate to recommend this shop.

What amazing customer service! Went in and got what I wanted and more. Good prices, friendly staff, smiling people. Great sized shop, nice selection and livestock in great condition. Dartford station might be a wee bit dodgy though, keep your phone close! Happy to come back and get more stuff soon, despite the dodgy youths on bikes at the station with roving eyes for mobiles... there's parking for those who drive, and I recommend driving there as it's a great shop. Well worth the journey for me. Many thanks.

Went there for the first time today I have a reef tank but today I was there for the reptile side but I have to say I was impressed by both! Nice clean shop with great healthy livestock at reasonable prices! And also people that are happy to help! I will defiantly be returning

Weather you buy anything or just want advise, these people are happy to help, fantastic advise and great service.

The best place for advice on starting up and ongoing support. The staff are all knowledgable and treat you with respect, they understand your setup and want you to do well. First Class!! I must be coming up to a year now with them suppling and helping me through everything, tank still going strong. Thanks all

Shops gone down hill a lot since a few years back, lacking the quality stock on the reptile side and expertise that it used to. Shame as this used to be a great shop - doesn't match birchwood which is consistent all the time on its quality and service.

I have just been into the shop and wanted information about new setup I am looking to purchase in the next week or so. I want to say how impressed I was with Tom and his customer service. His knowledge and help was 2nd to none and out of all of the local aquarium dealers this is by far the best I have been to and I will now never shop anywhere else!

I absoultly LOVE this place,they have a lovely stock of dry goods, lps,sps and soft corals and some of the nicest fish I have have seen,I've bought loads from here and my tank is thriving corals and fish are nice and healthy,the staff are knowledgeable and friendly,give them a try you won't regret it �

Great store to pick up anything you need for both reptiles and fish. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great shop.spotlessly clean, huge variety of stock at competitive prices and most important of all is that yhe staff are great.

Fantastic shop and staff. A real must for any serious reefer and the knowledge base is second to none.

Drove an hour to get here yesterday because it looked good on google and Facebook! Lovely shop all animals well cared for, lovely clean tanks. Will be getting my fish from here �

Can't fault them one bit. Everything I have asked for they have got for me or even called if there was a delay. Customer service has never been an issue and always have been kind and helpful.
