Our aim is to empower and facilitate people, wherever they are in their life, to achieve their full well-being and healing potential.

- Classes and Groups: Active Birth, Kundalini Yoga, Buddhist Meditation, Yoga Bananas for Children, Full Moon Meditation, Crystal Bowl Meditation, Sadhana, New Moon Shamanic Drumming Circle and more . . .

Our Treatments are available any time; Our Reception Opening Hours are Monday to Friday 10-4pm and Saturday 10-1pm; we also have classes, events and courses outside these times, please call for details.
