Be prepared to look like a penguin for the booty gains. Believe it or not, this is a genuine exercise our Sam is doing. Banded walks target the gluteus medius at the top of the butt, that help strengthen the gluteus maximus as a whole, and also gear up the muscle ready for squatting. Give it a try next time you're in so Sam doesn't look so daft on his own 😁😂☺️

The best 6 months Ive had have been spent here. The staff are wonderful, so welcoming and always a happy smile for you. Love the facilities, the pool, sauna, steam room etc. The staff make it a lovely club to go to.

Staff were really friendly and helpful made you feel at ease had a very relaxing back massage

Just joined and really enjoying and benefitting from my early morning swims before work.

I loved every bit of the spa and to the lady that gave me my facial was sooooo nice ***** stars and more would deffiently go back there xxxx

I love being a member of Living Well. I have found the staff friendly and helpful. I love the flexibility of being able to go almost anytime. I feel like I am on holiday every time I use the pool and spa facilities.

I haven a member here since January and I love it! The gym is always clean and the pool is the perfect place to relax afterwards. All of the staff are so friendly (especially Rachael and Aaron ��) and they all make you feel so welcome. Thanks guys xoxox

I have been a member here since January this year. I come here 4 times a week. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The facilities are always clean unless people are dirty and leave things around which the staff cant help. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great mix of accommodation and location. If I were being slightly critical, I would suggest the pool slightly over chlorified.

Used to love going to the gym and pool, but since the price has decreased it's got too busy! You have to wait ages for machines and there's too many people in the free weights area which doesn't seem safe - I was happy paying a higher price for a quiet gym. Will be leaving when my contract is up!



Note for the company to consider: stop letting so many people join when you can't hold that capacity at once!

Not kept clean at all, to the point its actually starting to make me feel ill getting in the pool now. Also agree with other people's reviews that it is to busy and there is often far to many people in the gym or pool to actually try and do what your there to do - get fit! Weekends are just a nightmare as there must be special offers for hen do's/stag's. So many lockers don't work, facilities are often broken or closed. But the cleanliness cannot be excused its getting ridiculous.

I'have been there last sunday with my friend and we got unacceptable situation including two men and two staff members.



We were in the sauna when two men entered the room and sat down on other side of it. They started talking VERY loud and when me and my friend tried to talk to eachother they started yell even louder to the point I could not hear my friend who was stiting next to me.

When asked to be a bit more quiet cause they are not alone in the room they both turned hostile; started to be verbaly and non verbaly abussive. They went screaming on me that I won't be telling them how to speak and that if I don't like it I can get out.

From they vocabulary and general behaviour it was oblivious that they were outraged that white WOMAN dared to interput they conversation.

When lectured they don't have right to speak to peoples like that. - they started to repeat themself again with the same agression that I won't be telling them what to do. They vere so disrespectful that I never occurred such behavior before.

I went to report it to the desk and thats when it turned into absurd.

First staff member basicaly ignored me and my friend (she followed me to desk in silence stuned by agression of those men) as he was counting peoples and went on with his buissnes.

As we waited till he finish other stuff member came around to ask if we need something and he went to talk with those men.

As we were walking at sauna direction the men noticed us and jumped at me at once... started to yell at me again at once and pointing fingers and do other agressive and disrespectful gestures.

Staff member just stand between us and said he will handle this. As I was walking away they started to yell that its not my country and other things of this sort. Staff member didn't react for rasizm as well. At this point my patience and tolerance run out and told them to shut up. - as it turn out its bigger issue than them yelling and causing a sexist-racist scene.

Staff member was a witness of those men behaviour and how hostile they were but done practically nothing.

My request to call the police was ignored.

Men werent removed from the pool and me and my friend have to leave due to safety issues.

Staff member when asked about his intervention said that he could not remove them from the pool cause he would have to remove us as well (my friend didn't even said anything she was just there), removeing abussive men from pool along with they victims is absurdal and create danger of an attack. I understand if I would report sexual harassment Id also would be kicked out of pool when reporting it?



I was using the pool quite often and there was no issue till now.

I deeply disapointed with staff reaction as he saw how men behaved and done nothing.

I don't know HOW normal person can't see the isue in two men attacking a woman cause she dared to speak up.

We remind calm and hoped that the way men behaved will be enough to remove them from pool. But it somehow wasn't. Looks like such abuse is ok to standards of this place.

We never were even asked to give more detail on what happend from our perspective.

As we were leaving other man asked us about how we feel and expressed his disappointment in staff reaction as well... He also said that those men were talking about "rude white women" and other sexist and racist stuff which I don't remember well to be honest since I was very upset.



I do NOT recomend - especially for women. Not safe at all.

It seem ok untill isuess ocure but when something happens there is NONE empathy and support from staff. NONE awareness on issues women have to deal with in society and actually you'll get sugested that its your fault cause stuff member didn't saw what happend at begining - and apparently there is some explanation for a man to gang up with a buddy and to treat woman like a trash to show her, her place - cyvilizated country and high CULTURE club.

Im in england two years now and never got such traumatic experience here.
