It’s a new week and it’s a new opportunity to learn and experience new things. We can do this in so many ways. Enjoying a moment of silence each day to reflect and relax might be something you can do to feel more calm and at one, this week. 🧘🏾‍♀️

Lizzie is so welcoming and caters for all levels throughout her classes, would highly recommend giving Pilates with Lizzie a go!

Lizzie is a great Pilates teacher, I recommend anyone to give it a go even if you've not done it before. Lovely venue too.
