I visited the dealership on 01/1102017 to have my wife's 1 series M.O.T,d.
Upon arriving at the dealership i was initially greeted in the car park by Shaun, who welcomed me. As i walked into the premises, Denise attended to me and i was shown round to the service reception where i was greeted again by Katherine.
Ed dealt with me on the service reception promptly and efficiently, booking my car in and advising me when it would be ready, at this point i was offered the opportunity to sit and wait for my vehicle and offered tea/coffee and papers and magazines.
Upon returning to the dealership whilst waiting for my vehicle i was attended to by Fiona who was very professional and pleasant, and i sat discussing the needs of my family with regards to transport with her, she could not have been more helpful, and showed me round the dealership, showing me various examples of the range of vehicles that may fit with our needs.
My whole experience was positive and nothing that i asked any of the individuals involved was too much trouble, the staff are all very friendly and are a credit to the dealership.

Appalling customer service, start to finish and the saga of the range rover continues. 26 Feb 2017 I bought a range rover from Lloyd Approved in Blackpool, I reported a fault 5 days later and the car has been in for repair ever since. I have rejected the car on numerous occasions and yet they have refused to do anything. I was told by their manager in Blackpool, a Mark Powell that I was not allowed to reject the car and I had to let them fix it. I have rejected the car via the Black Horse and they are now investigating the garage.
This week I spoke to Mr Gary Bingley who I believe is a Lloyd Motors director. On Tuesday he said he would look into the problem and call me back. He called on Wednesday to say he was coming to the Blackpool site on Thursday to try to resolve the issue and would call me on the Thursday. Guess what? NO CALL CAME!!! No surprise really as this is the false promises I've had from the very beginning. This from a company who claim to be No 1 in the world for customer service.
I would advise all customers to think twice before buying a vehicle from this company because if you complain there's not a lot of help that I can see, even when you eventually get to speak to a director.
