Having had "no joy" experiences with a couple of credit score organisations, I booked an appointment with Lloyds Bank at Breck Road to finally get this sorted out. I was seen by Lucy, the Manageress there, and she was brilliant. Courteous, professional and she managed to sort everything out for me.
