Bank staff is very friendly, Machines are good. Keep it up guys

Very slow service. They have about 7 or 8 counters and there are only ever 3 people max serving, so no surprise. Staff are generally polite, it's lloyds who need to push themselves with stopping to cut down staff as it really doesn't help with the pace of their service. Queues get long and there are times I've had to walk out while in the queue due to how slow they are. I may mention that Bal (the really tall dark Indian gentleman) is very polite, non-judgemental and goes the extra mile when serving and have known him for 6 years (being served, not personally). Don't really know much about the rest of the staff but most of them are polite. This review however is about the pace of their service and it's lloyds's fault to be fair, for understaffing, not the staff at that branch. Unless they took too many holiday breaks etc.
