Lloyds Bank

First time opening an account in the UK and for no reason my application was rejected after they made me go to the branch three times to collect my data. Avoid it if you are just moving to the UK

Staff are great but there aren't enough of them. Queues are long and slow as few windows are open. Frustrating that priority is given to sales rather than service. The people with clipboards should stop asking the queue if they can help and just open another counter!

Best bank I've been with

Invariably, whenever I go into the branch at lunchtime, only two of the four cashier stations are operating. This, despite the knowledge that midday is the busiest time for customers coming into the branch...as evidenced by their own website warning that that is the busiest time. Management should wake up to the fact that their staff need to be on 'standby' to use those other two tills during these times whenever queues start to form, then when the queues dissipate they can return to the other not so immediately pressing work that was keeping them busy in the first place. They should take a leaf out of Tesco's book and pledge to open another till if a queue forms.

I went to Lloyds bank to get £50 but it wouldn't give me it so do not go to Lloyds bank go get some money from another bank.

Great for a heist! I came In with 4 of my regular bank heist members to do a survey. I'd estimate that you could rinse It clean within 10 minutes. Staff seem friendly and compliant too so I can't imagine there would be many issues when In the process of collecting cash!

Been banking with Lloyds for over 15 yes. Staff all polite and helpful

They treated my wife poorly. Snotty is not the word. Halifax was a dream to move over to.
