A well done to the young lady at the bar who served me.I ordered my drink then she gave me my change. She then went to serve someone else.I then thought I THINK that I paid with a £20 note. But only got change for £10.But I wasn't 100% sure and I had walked away from the bar and sat down by then.So thought not much that I could do about it unless I could prove it (although i wasn't 100% sure myself)After a short while the young lady came over to where I was sitting. She kindly introduced herself and apologised saying that the camera or the till had picked up an error (i think she had just finished her shift) and that it showed that she had short changed me by £10 and she then handed over the money.Great to see such honesty.

Whilst sitting having my lunch today at the Wetherspoons in the printworks,

Manchester (Seven Stars) which is nothing out of the ordinary until our

party of 3 noticed a rodent running across the floor, As we weren’t sure

this was the case we carried on having our lunch when again we spotted

either the same or another rodent running across the floor, this has made

us feel very uneasy, 1 of my parties was knelt on her chair. due to this we

decided not to carry on with our meal, When a member of staff has come over

to collect our plates he asked “Is everything ok” to our reply “NO, You

have rodents and we have seen them running across the floor whilst having

our meal. The member of staff froze for a minute and then confirmed they

are aware of this issue and they have traps down. He has then walked away

from the table disregarding what we have just said.

We have given it time for a member of staff to come across to ourselves

after the comment we have just made to no avail. I have gone up to the bar

mentioned this issue again to another member of staff and asked why this matter

has just been disregarded, They have called a manager “Sarah” who has come

to the table, Confirmed to us that they are aware of the issue, they have

reported it to head off and are waiting for pest control and they have

traps down and advised us that they think the problem is that the rodents

are cold and wanting to get in for some warmth. We did ask the question

“Don’t you think the customers should be made aware of this issue or even

stop serving food until this issue has been resolved and the reply was “No,

We are not allowed to make this public as per head office” I’m sorry we

don’t agree with this and I feel as the customer we should be aware of this

even down to a health and safety reasons. We did make Sarah aware why we

have made her aware of our dissatisfaction giving her a chance to

acknowledge or rectify it which unfortunately this wasn’t the case and to

be honest got the feeling she wasn’t really bothered.

The staff were so rude! We went in on Thursday night after going to a concert, the girl behind the bar couldn't even crack a smile, she looked like the most miserable person, which did not give us a great opinion to start off with. Especially as she had a badge saying team leader on it! And I later saw her barge through some customers, which was unsalted for! It was busy, so we thought we'd give it a chance and came back the next morning for breakfast. We went up so order our food and again the girl that served is was so rude. Had a very stern face, was not welcoming at all. I'd ordered a pineapple juice. And she went to get it and couldn't find any and just said 'we've no pineapple' and just stood there, no apology nothing. I've worked in customer service for the last 6 years. And would neve rather talk to a customer like that, and I wouldn't let another member of staff talk to a customer like that. There was never any manners at all. I got an apple juice instead. And she literally through the juice in the cup without any care, it went all over the side. A man came with our food but then said it wasn't ours. Then later came back to ask what we'd ordered as there was no other food for our table and told us that the previous plate was my food. When we received our food it was cold, I don't know if my plate of food had just been left and then brought back out but that's what it seemed like. My cousin literally had a spoon full of beans. When the man came round to ask if everything was ok, we said that it was just ok. to be honest the staff were too unapproachable to go and talk to. My cousin had also gone to ask for a spoin and the same girl that had served us just snapped at her.

I was in there last night for my birthday and I got shouted at by a member of staff in the toilets for asking my friend to come in the cubicle to help zip my dress up (not showing the world my top half and back end naked) then she began to repeatedly shout at me in my face and point fingers! I wouldn’t mind but I had 15 people in there last night all buying drinks, I don’t tolerate being spoken to like that, one I don’t swing that way I’m in a perfectly good relationship with my boyfriend and two I don’t do drugs so whatever was going on in her head to speak to me the way she did on my birthday is out of order and I’m not happy!
