They always mess up my repeat prescription which can result in me going a couple of days without my medication which potentially can be dangerous for me. They never answer the phone, and they keep you waiting for your medication for ages whilst they're standing around gabbing. No confidentiality or privacy either regarding personal ailments or your address.

Staff here are rude vile disgusting people. I personally have had a terrible experience at this chemist ranging from physical assault by the manager CHELSEA & the pharmacist RICHARD distributing medication that I wasn't even on. Floor staff speak to you like dirt all because I was on subutex calling me a druggy etc. They shout out your personal information in a packed shop including phone number address etc. I believe that I have been treat like this because of the medication I was on. Police are investigating the assault by CHELSEA & I will be pressing charges. vile piece of work she is would love her to step out the store away from cctv but cowards like her won't avoid this place unless you want to be assaulted slandered and discriminated against
