Waiting times are ridiculous. Seating area for disabled and elderly very poor not enough seats.

Poor service takes far too long to find your prescription.

Not possible to leave a 0 rating so 1 its is. Cancelled my daughters gluten free perscription due yo bread not been collected and it going out of date. Their meant to ring when it comes in but on 3!occasions they didnt, they used the excuse ive just seen your numbers on perscription they stand around in the back fiddlimg with nothing while theres a que of 6+ people waiting to either hand in or collect perscriptions. Absolute joke!!!! 😡
