Never have prescriptions ready even when they say they will be. Often have locum pharmacist on Saturday who are generally very rude and unhelpful. Absolute nightmare and I would recomend avoiding of you are in a hurry.

Absolutely disgusting service staff are so rude

Terrible, shocking service, unorganised. Truly one of many, many bad experiences using this chemist.
The service is unprofessional I've had shocking experiences over a few years of using Lloyds pharmacy in Handsworth. So much so I have moved my prescription to another chemist after a succession of mistakes.

Including:
Lost prescriptions
Told medication is being delivered when they have not processed the prescription
Given wrong medication

The only one good thing about this pharmacy is the delivery service friendly driver.

In the chemist itself there is a chaos atmosphere that does not fill you with confidence people are stood around waiting for 30minutes or more, and bags full of patients deliverys filling the aisles making it difficult to walk around.
