When it comes to good customer service this pharmacy lacks it. Your a number to them not a customer. There is a female who works there and she comes across in a sturdy fashion makes you feel you shouldn't be there asking for help. I find other staff are not too bad. I have never been a customer but collecting for a patient, I have been treat ok but I don't like to go on but I feel if you're going to give good customer service in any type of sales environment you should be treated with respect, not being looked at with the expression "Oh What Do You Want" type experience. I know it's a busy place yet if you haven't got the personality to make people feel welcome your in the wrong job. This female assistant let's this department down big time.
