Very kind and helpful however there is always a long wait(15-20 mins) for my repeat prescription every month. Items are usually missing as they do not order it in before hand like other pharmacies I have used before (I order the same every month and it is an illness I will have for the rest of my life so I will definitely collect). Their repeat prescription service and their organisational skills are a real letdown.

Very busy but good pharmacy

Never had a good experience here.
Once waited 40mins for a prescription of 28 tablets.

Horrible nosey supervisor, tries to push sell items at the till like it's a department store.
Has to know all details before selling over the counter tablets e.g paracetamol, ibuprofen.
Also overhead her asking very personal questions to a young woman that was buying a pregnancy test kit.
She has a serious" I'm God and I have a supervisor badge to prove it" thing going on.

Heard a customer having words cos her prescription wasn't ready after a week of having it. 14 items on it and chemist proudly gave her a bag with 1 item in it despite having a bundle of prescriptions in her hand.

Staff are more bothered about chatting and gossip than sorting out prescriptions.

Dreadful place.

Even after dropping my repeat order forms in at the GP for my prescription I very rarely walk in to this Pharmacy and find my prescription is ready, in fact I would say that 90% of the time I have to wait for it to be made up, and this is after a week.
